NOTICE

The High Commission of India, 852, Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria - 0083, invites bids for the Outsourcing of Consular Passport and Visa (CPV) Services at the Mission (for Lesotho) and Consulate General of India in Johannesburg, Durban and Cape Town.

2. The Request for Proposal (RFP) can be accessed from 5th February, 2025 at https://eprocure.gov.in/eprocure/app , https://www.hcipretoria.gov.in/news.php and https://www.hcipretoria.gov.in/tenders.php .
Last date for submission of bids is 5th March, 2025 at 15:00 hrs.

3. The pre-bid conference for prospective bidders will be held at 1500 hrs. (South African Time) on 10th February, 2025 (Monday) at the High Commission of India premises (Address: 852, Francis Baard Street, Arcadia, Pretoria, 0083).
