Opening of Bids

The last date for submission of bid for outsourcing of Indian Passport, Visa and Consular support services in South Africa is at 1200 hrs on 18th Feb., 2016.
The envelopes I and II, containing the Bid Security Deposit and the Technical Bid along with the prescribed Annexures will be opened at 1500hrs on 18th Feb., 2016 at the High Commission of India (852 Francis Baard St, Eastwood str, Arcadia, Pretoria -0083) in the presence of the bidding companies (one representative each) and members of the Mission’s/Posts’ Outsourcing Committee.
All may please note and inform us the name and designation of your representative to the opening of bids.
